Goal

As specified by the official documentation, Oracle Java Cloud Service - SaaS Extension (JCS-SX) requires Oracle Database to work. Cloud infrastructure provides an association between those services to make the database instance available in an easy way to be used by applications.

By default, there is a 1-1 relationship between JCS-SX and the DB Schema service but multiple JCS-SX instances could be associated to one DB Schema service instance. This document specifies how to manage those associations.
