Symptoms

Oracle Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service, Release 9.2

When a user with accented characters (diacritics) in their username attempts to run any OTBI analysis it will fail with an Error which, when reviewed, will appear as shown below :

The following characters have been seen to cause this behaviour but there may be others :

É, Ę, Í, Á, Ł
