"Error 404--Not Found" When Accessing the Unifier Web Services URL And Selecting Any WSDL (Doc ID 2019234.1)

404 error


When accessing the Unifier web services URL, selecting any WSDL (i.e. mainservices(wsdl), AdminService(wsdl), userwebservice (wsdl), Version (wsdl) ) results in errors displayed.
Error 404--Not Found

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:

The issue can be reproduced when a jar file: wsdl4j-1.6.2.jar is missing from the domain/lib folder.:

  1. From a self-hosted environment, browse to <servername>:port/services/mainservices?wsdl
  2. See the errors displayed.

Due to this issue, cannot access the Unifier WSDL file for creating Unifier Web Services calls.
