Symptoms

Run calculation and process errors out.


ERROR

cn_tp_calculate_txns.jobs_dispatch.l_job_fail
cn_tp_calculations_pvt.calulate.g_exc_error
One or more of the physical batches have failed
SQLCODE : 1
SQLERRM : User-Defined Exception
End of cn_tp_calculate_txns.process_calc_batch for calc job id : 300000059539975 with error.


STEPS
1. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Submit calculation
2. Set profile value CN_DEBUG = Yes and rerun calculation ( see Doc ID 2062150.1 - How to View the Calculation Process Debug Messages to See How Commission is Calculated? )
3. Calculation error again but the debug messages in the request log shows ORA-01403: no data found :
    ...
