Create Appointments For Another User (Doc ID 2019506.1)

Goal

Needs the possibility to create and modify calendar entries that are created by other users.
For example: A secretary wants to add appointments for the CEO.
Currently it exists only "Share Calendar with other resources in Sales Cloud (Doc ID 2014904.1)" or the possibility to show anothers calendar after setting this person unter Profile -> Preferences.

How can this be achieved?
