User Stuck At Provisioning In OIM

User Stuck at Provisioning in OIM  

This issue keeps occurring each time adding a new user. Tried to create a username and the staging and production accounts are stuck at provisioning.

Provisioning should be successful, with status as Provisioned.

The issue can be reproduced when authentication code is incorrect by perfroming the following steps:

  1. Login to OIM.
  2. Left pane -> Users . Search for the users XXXX.
  3. Request accounts for users and select stage and Production environment and submit the request.
  4. the Status of these accounts still shows as Provisioning.

Due to this issue, users cannot be Provisioned to Stage and Production environments.
