Changes in eligibility for Line Managers is not being picked up by the Start/Refresh Workforce Compensation Cycle Process
If the employee becomes eligible for a plan during the Plan Cycle and that employee is a manager with direct reports then the Start Process is not processing them as eligible.
If an employee becomes eligible and that employee is not a line manager then the Start Process finds them eligible, that is it reprocesses the eligibility as it should do.
If an employee becomes eligible and that employee is a line manager with direct reports then the Start Process is not finding them eligible.
It would appear to be related to the fact they have Limited eligibility when they are initially ineligible and the Start process is not moving their Eligibility from Limited > Eligible.
