"Records Creation in Progress" When Importing a CSV to a Company Log but File is Not Imported (Doc ID 2020237.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a csv file to a company log, the file never imports and the email notification is not sent after the following message is displayed.

Records creation in progress. You will be notified by email when the process is complete.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a company log
2. Attempt to import a csv file

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot import records from the csv to easily update the company log.
