Need Policy Violations on Both Parent and Child Itemized Items (Doc ID 2020620.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a policy for an expense type which has Itemization enabled and one or more child itemized expense types have policy assigned as well,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

You cannot assign a policy to both a parent and its child itemized expense types. The following itemized expense types have policies assigned:......(EXM-630535)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search Travel Expense Report Template
2. Choose Hotel from the Expense Types
3. Go to Policies and try to add a policy for this expense type. Error EXM 630535 is displayed.
  Cause: this expense type has Itemization enabled and one or more of its child itemized expense types have policies assigned as well.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot define a policy violation for an expense type who is Itemization enabled. This policy should apply when adding this expense type without Itemize it on the Expense Report.
