Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a contact in response of a campaign is clicked, and tried to create a lead from the same, the account field gets populated instead of Primary Contact.
The same is not the case when a contact directly created in the system is clicked.
The contact should populate the Primary contact of the Lead, not the Account field.
1. Create a Campaign
2. Distribute it to a user to enter the campaign.
3. On the response form of the campaign, click on the Contact
4. On the contact details page, click on Lead on left sub-tab - to create a Lead using this contact
5. Check the account & primary contact field
