True-Up Flag Not Working. The Amount is Reseting for Each Quarter but Should Accumulate for the Year. (Doc ID 2021114.1)

Symptoms

True-up is not working.

True-up flag will automatically subtracts previous earnings, which it included in the earnings calculated for the current transaction.

In calculating commissions for the quarters, the commission calculated for the previous quarter is not subtracted resulting in incorrect commission for the next quarter.

STEPS
1. Setup plan component
    Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Plan Components > Incentive Formula
    Payout Frequency = Quarter
    True up = checked
    Reset Interval = Quarter


2.  Add plan component to compensation plan and assign to participant
3.  Create transactions
4.  Run calculation and check commission
