We have now received a couple of times the question of the salesmen why their opportunities are not visible in the App.
They use the My Open Opportunities Saved Search.
When they use the Saved Search in the browser it is returning results. When they are using the Saved Search in the App it's not returning any information.
I did some investigation and it's caused due to the fact that the filter on Closed Date is not used as defined in the web client.
In the web client it's defined as between 1-1-2013 and 31-12-2020. On the tablet it's defined as 11-6-2015 (today) until 9-9-2015 (90 days later.
In our business the close date is generally more than 90 days away from now. Sometimes even one year.
My question is:
1) Why isn't the close date used in the same way as defined in the Saved Search in the web client?
2) How can we have this issue fixed as the sales men currently need to change the values every time.
