Fusion Goal Management: User Cannot Clear Old Notifications in FUSE View (Doc ID 2022666.1)

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Performance

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User cannot clear old notifications on Fusion since Nov 2014 FUSE uptake

When the user double clicks on the notifications, it opens the box window so user can only click OK or the X. After clicking on both also notification window remains in the view. There is no option to dismiss. On stage environment no such issue is there.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The users to be able to open the goal notification in FUSE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in in FUSE and go to Notifications.
