There is an error when trying to add a Facebook Media Account to SRM

Sorry, we are unable to retrieve your account's info from Facebook at this time.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Workflow & Automation -> Account -> Media Account
2. Click on Add a Media Account
There is an error.
