How To Auto Approve Requests That Are Not Responded To By Managers?

How can we achieve the following requirement in absence approvals:
Employee applies for a Employee and it goes for Line Manager for approval. If Line Manager1 does not take any action it should get escalated to Line Manager2 after 5days. If Line Manager2 does not act on it for 5 days,now it should reach Line Manager3. After reaching Level 3 manager the absence should get auto approved.
