"HTTP 403 Forbidden" Error When Managing Storage Objects (Doc ID 2023066.1)

After getting an authentication token, by using the Storage REST API,
when managing Storage objects, to create a storage container with the following command


curl -v -s -X PUT -H "X-Auth-Token: AUTH_tk50d13ef34dee6f40751313304fbc81bc"

it fails with the following error :

< HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
< Date: Thu, 11 Jun 2015 10:12:00 GMT
< Content-Length: 73
< Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
< X-Trans-Id: tx003764594aa34ee4ad9dc-0055795ef0
< Cache-Control: no-cache
< Pragma: no-cache
< Content-Language: en

The impact can be that you cannot create a storage container for your jcs and dbcs cloud service .
