Goal

Customer has questions on how the "Do Not Call List" works?

1) If an operator puts a number in the "Do Not Call List", this number will never be called again or untill the next "Predictive Contact Table" update?
2) This list works only with Predictive Calls? What about Outbound?
3) ".../taw/DoNotCall" tool only Updates the Predictive Contact Table, Uploads a Change List or Imports an Initial List. It needs eventually to be launched every time we update the "Predictive Contact Table"?
4) How can an operator delete a number in the "Do Not Call List"?
