Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

If enrollment method is set to automatic, Benefits Service Center (BSC) shows incorrect Original Enrollment Date when loaded via Spreadsheet Loader.
After loading the enrollment data through spreadsheet loader, the ‘Original Enrollment Date’ is populated with incorrect value.
Effective date = 2015-01-01
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

BSC should show the proper Original Enrollment Date, as loaded via Spreadsheet Loader
STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Loaded Data (Spread Sheet Sample data): Taken is the details for the employee in the first rowsee Original Participant Enrollment Date in spreadsheet loader is 2011-09-02 for plan name Medical Insurance> Option Employee Only
2. Load data> Go to BSC>query person mentioned at point 1, see Enrollment Results for plan name Medical Insurance > Option Employee Only
3. Check Original Enrollment Date : see the date corresponds to the life event date from spreadsheet, and not to Original Enrollment Date
