Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

When attempting to sync Outlook with OSC the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000091978185 ] in ActivityEO
JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[300000091978185 300000087057987 ] in ActivityAssigneeEO
JBO-27004: Attribute set for AtkMessageId in entity ActivityAssigneeEO failed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OSC for Outlook
2. Start synchronization
3. sync fails
