Unable To Create Accounts With SalesAccountsService Of Sales Cloud

Trying to do some testing with Account in Sales Cloud , facing some issues with the services to use.
• Using SalesAccountsService I am unable to create an account because it states that PartyId, which is internal to Sales Cloud, is necessary. Providing an existing one it says that the SalesAccount already exist, providing a new one it says it doesn’t exist;
• Using AccountService I am able to create an account successfully without the need of specifying an internal Sales Cloud id, but using an external identifier in PartyNumber
• Also, if I try to create a party using SalesParty service (so that I can use the PartyId in the SalesAccountService) I’m getting the entire request in the response, with no additional info, so I believe it is not being created nor an error being generated (see “SalesPartyService_unknown.txt”).
