Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Partner user is not created during self-service registration

To enter the Partner registration portal and register a user for an existing partner, the user is not created in OIM.
The Partner status is active.
The value of profile ZPM_AUTO_CREATE_USER_DURING_SELF_SERVICE_REGISTRATION is Yes.
