Email Recipients Not Updated In The Object Workflow.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Created an object workflow in order to send an email to one of the custom fields in the Account page when a new account is created.
Wants to only send e-mail to specific email addresses and not to the real users.
The list is however not correctly updated and e-mails are still received by addresses in customer's page.
