We have created following two application roles using APM:
1. Polycab Marketing Manager
2. Polycab Marketing Executive
We have created corresponding Job roles for these roles using OIM.
Following roles were given to the sales person:
Salesperson 1: Pxxxxxx Marketing Manager, Employee
Salesperson 2: Pxxxxxx Marketing Executive, Employee
We created two custom objects namely, Marketing Activities and Marketing Targets under Marketing application.
We placed the navigation links for these two objects under My Information section in navigator.
Using Application composer, Security rights given to Polycab Marketing Executive role for Marketing activities and Marketing Targets Objects are Create, Update, View and delete.

Apart from these rights, Pxxxxxx Marketing Manager role was given additional rights like View all, Update all and delete all for these two objects.
Currently, Salesperson irrespective of the role to which he/she associated with, he/she can access all the Marketing activities created in the system. Marketing activities are not getting filtered out based on the roles.
Salesperson with Polycab Marketing Executive role should be able to access only those Marketing activities which are created by/tagged to him.
Salesperson with Polycab Marketing Manager role should be able to access only those Marketing activities which are created by him and his subordinates.

Please suggest a solution/workaround.

Can you please let us know how to implement user level securities(like, to view the records created by a particular user)
by creating and applying security predicates for the corresponding custom object using APM?
Please share the details about stepwise process which we need to follow in order to implement the User level Securities on Custom Object through APM.
