Fusion HCM: Cannot Add An Action URL To Manage Checklist Template Task (Doc ID 2024367.1)

Symptoms

 Trying to add an Action URL to a task from a checklist template results in nothing happening if OK is clicked and an error being thrown if Cancel is clicked:

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #12"
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Checklist Template. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error. Contact your help desk.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Simplified UI:

1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance:
2. Search for and select the Manage Checklist Template task:
3. Search for the existing On Boarding Checklist Template: Line Manager Checklist - How to Prepare?(pre join checklist)
4. Edit the 'Completed the necessary IT requirements' Task. Enter the Action URL
5. Click on OK, nothing happens, click on Cancel, receive the error below:
