Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When users log into MS Outlook, they receive the following error message: 'Recent Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook update requires MS Outlook to be restarted for the changes to take effect. Please save you changes, then close MS Outlook and run it again.'

The message pops up again after restart.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When users log into MS Outlook and receive error message: 'Recent Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook update requires MS Outlook to be restarted for the changes to take effect. Please save you changes, then close MS Outlook and run it again.', after restart the error should disappear.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Notification message is being displayed
3. Outlook is restarted
4. notification message is being displayed again

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use OSC for Outlook.
