Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Partner Management

When attempting to set Partner Status to Active
the following error occurs.

Unable to Set Partner Status to Active Get Application Error 20150602
FND-2

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OSC
2. Navigate to Partner object
3.Open partner and tried to change the status.
