On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Capture Transactions-Manage Subledgers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Manage Common Options for Payables and Purchasing - for default distributions there is no value in the Company Segment

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect a List of Values with company segment

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup Ledgers
2. Navigate to Manage Common Options for Payables and Purchasing
3. Try to setup a default liability account
