Symptoms

When attempting to run the Mass Transfer process, the following error occurs.

ERROR

fa_mass_transactions_pkg.init_flex
ORA-01403: no data found
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records with warnings is 0.
The number of records that failed is 0.
