ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Real-Time Matching is not firing during the creation of a new Account.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Real-Time Matching is should fire during the creation of a new Account. For example, an account with the name "Trans" should provide the results in screen shot "Task_Test2.PNG".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In SUI, go to Account
2. Create a new account
3. Real-Time Match doesn't fire.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create an account with Real-Time Matching.
