Agent Error: "Failed To Send Message. 5.3.4 Error: Message File Too Big" (Doc ID 2025741.1)

Symptoms

An agent shows as Failed and when the agent is run on-call, the following message appears:

AgentID: {agent path & name}

[nQSError: 75009] Failed to send message. 5.3.4 Error: message file too big AgentID: {agent path & name}
...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 9 seconds. AgentID: {agent path & name})

...Trying SMTP Delivery loop again... Sleeping for 5 seconds. AgentID: {agent path & name}
