Symptoms

On :  11.1.9.2.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Exported files for the same object don't have the same sequence

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
these exported files should have same sequences for all exported fields

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and maintenance > Schedule Export Proceses > select object and any other criteria and submit
2. get expoprted csv file , fields are not sorted in same sequence , fileds in different positions are all custom fields

Due to this issue, users cannot use these exported files as thay need to do
