Fusion Global Payroll: Unable to Create Personal Payment Method with Bank Accounts Having Custom Bank Account Type

Symptoms
When attempting to Create Personal Payment Method and adding bank account manually for custom bank account type the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Bank Account creation Failed. The Value of the attribute Bank Account Type is not Valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the lookup type PAY_BANK_ACCOUNT_TYPES and add any custom values. Save the changes.
2. Navigator -> Person Management -> Search for a person -> Manage Personal Payment Method ->
3. Select Direct Deposit in Organization Payment Method -> Create Bank Account -> Select Checking_Test_AC (Custom value for Account Type that was created for lookup type PAY_BANK_ACCOUNT_TYPES)
4. When you click Save button, the error is displayed:
Bank Account creation Failed.The Value of the attribute Bank Account Type is not Valid.
