User experiencing FC0104 error when syncing Sales Cloud for Outlook plugin

User has been getting an FC0104 error for several weeks each time his Sales Cloud for Outlook plugin has attempted to sync.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run sync
