Eoffer Candidate Invitation Not Sent on Offer Expiration or Start Date Update

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After the Expiration Date or Start Date is updated for an offer sent as an E-Offer, the user selects Yes when prompted "Do you want to extend this new information to the candidate?" but the EOffer Candidate Invitation correspondence is not sent to the candidate to inform of the change.
