Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households in Fuse UI

Error message when saving contact with do not contact preference
When trying to save Do Not contact preferences for one of the contact , then error occurs.
As of now, issue happens only for this contact

ERROR
-----------------------
A contact preference for this combination of contact point and date range already exists (HZ-120025).

A contact preference for this combination of party site and date range already exists (HZ-120236).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open contact < Test Contact>
2. Change DO Not Contact preferences, (Do Not Contact' or 'Do Not Email' or Do Not call checkboxes )
3. Cannot change the preference.
