Lead De-duplication Functionality. System Allows Creating Leads With The Same Name, Account, Contact (Doc ID 2026436.1)

The user is allowed to enter duplicate values for the Leads. Also, the manual option for checking duplicates is disabled.

1. Login to FUSE as sales rep 
2. Click on Leads node 
3. Click on Create Lead 
4. Enter lead name and click on save and Continue 
5. Enter contact name that exists in the system and Save Lead 
6. Click on Actions -> Check duplicate
The Check Duplicates button is greyed out.

Due to this issue, users are able to enter duplicate values into the system.
