Information in this document applies to any platform.
Application error occurs when:
- A Candidate clicks on Apply link next to a requisition on a Career Section.
- A Recruiter enters a candidates list on a requisition in the Recruiting Center.
- An Administrator accesses the Step of a Candidate Selection Workflow (CSW) in the Recruiting Administration.
In all cases, the application returns error: An error has been found
An error ID is also displayed, including a timestamp.
