On : 18.104.22.168.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics
BI Publisher scheduled jobs are not triggered, they wait for the free thread.
The jobs stay in "Ready" state in ESS UI.
/analytics > Administration > Manage BI Publisher > Scheduler Diagnostics > Shows JMS Queues show 72 pending jobs
When the job is scheduled from BI Publisher shows the below error:
BIPJobExecutable Execution failed with Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReportDefinition for reportAbsolutePath [/Custom/Human Capital Management/NETIQ/XXCWT_NETIQ_EXTRACT_REP.xdo] Failure: Due to java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Custom/Human Capital Management/NETIQ/XXCWT_NETIQ_EXTRACT_REP.xdo, user: fusion_apps_hcm_ess_appid, permission: 192 ============
When the job is scheduled from ESS shows the below error:
ERROR:ESS-07033 Job logic indicated a system error occurred while executing an asynchronous java job for request 62549. Job error is: oracle.j2ee.ws.client.jaxws.JRFSOAPFaultException: Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReportDefinition for reportAbsolutePath [/Custom/Human Capital Management/PEOPLESOFT/XX_PSFT_EXTRACT.xdo] Failure: Due to java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Custom/Human Capital Management/PEOPLESOFT/XX_PSFT_EXTRACT.xdo, user: fus
The BI Publisher jobs should have been scheduled successfully.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to /xmlpserver.
2. Schedule a BI Publisher Report to run once immediately.
3. It does not run.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the target system do not receive the data.
