Symptoms

On Rel9 of OSC for Outlook

Getting the following error during sync b/w Outook and OSC

JBO-56010: Comparision Operation ISBLANK is invalid for ViewCriteriaItem of attribute EffectiveDate.

Expected behaviour:

Should sync records to and for Outlook
