ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

New email department not receiving emails and emails sent to it returned undeliverable

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Emails sent to the department should be received in the agent console with no errors.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send email to new department

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Paris team cannot see any emails. The Paris team cannot respond in a timely manner that is severely impacting guests.
