Error when removing employee's objective in Performance Management :
In Performance Management, if an employee adds an objective and then the manager removes it, the manager will get an error message telling him that he can not remove the objective. Nevertheless if closing the error pop up and the warning message the objective is deleted. Normally the error message should be a confirmation message.
Note that the customer does NOT use the Goal Management module.
HRG-3120205 You cannot delete the selected goal because you did not assign it to the worker.
Notes: This message is displayed when a manager tries to delete a goal that is not assigned by the manager from a worker's performance document. A manager is allowed to delete only those goals that were assigned by the manager.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee add an Objective (Goal) in their Performance Document (Set Objectives task)
2. Manager Deletes the Objective and get the error.
3. Objective is removed anyway.
