FUSION Absence Management: Error 404 When Opening the Attachment from E-mail Notification

A line manager received an absence request for approval that contained an attachment.
Sometimes, the line manager who receives the notification is able to open the attachment through the mail, but if he waits too long (I noticed cases where too long was as much as 10 minutes) then following error is displayed:
Error 404--Not Found
