When Adding Attachments To A Dispute Notifications An Error Occurs

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Incentive Compensation> Disputes
When attempting to add file attachments to a dispute, the disputes do not display the attachment and
display an error message.
We found a problem with some content in '<filename>.xlsx. Do you want to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.
If click Yes, the following error is returned--
Excel cannot open the file <filename> because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigator --> Incentive Compensation >Tasks
Create Dispute page is displayed
Complete necessary fields and used the browse button next to the Attachments field to add an attachment
