LastName field is missing in Contact Profile view

- The lastname field is now missing on the details page. It cannot be selected in the list in Application Composer although it is in the list of standard fields.


This field should appear just as it did in REL 8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion application
2. Click on Contact tab
3. Drill down on Contact and examine information presented on Profile page
