Secondary Ledger JE Are Encountering" Error - Unbalanced Journal But Suspense Not Allowed" (Doc ID 2028806.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The transactions with foreign currencies have posted in Secondary Ledger and transferred to GL and also accounted.
All the Journal DR & CR using the same date are showing rounding difference in cent's when they are getting converted using corporate exchange rate in secondary ledger.
Couple of journal entries are encountering with: Error - Unbalanced journal but suspense not allowed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Allowed to post transactions with foreign currencies.

STEPS
---------
1.Create accounting and post the journal from the Secondary Ledger

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the customer cannot closed period.
