Symptoms

After logging into the Oracle Cloud Service successfully, When attempting to upload a new document or create a new folder in the root or home folder after logging into the Oracle cloud service,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

impossible to upload the file because the folder was deleted

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Cloud Server successfully
2. Click on root folder (home folder)
3. Attempt to upload a file or folder to the home folder
