Credit Detail BI Report Not Filtering By Participant

Symptoms

Running the Credit detail BI report using the available criteria (for instance year = 2015, period = 2015-39 and Participant =XX ) does not filter by participant. All the participants are returned.

In this particular instance XX  is a Sales Manager who receives credit through Rollup Credit Rules. He has a quarterly plan that pays by interval. The last period in the quarter is the weekly period (eg.2015-39)

Participant snapshot > click on Catalog > Shared Folders > Incentive Compensation > Transaction Analysis > Credit Details report.
