Symptoms

On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, .Manage Compensation
User has Compensation Administrator View All data role and is using 'Act As Proxy' functionality.

When using the Search facility to find a manager, the search returns some managers , but not all. As the user has been allocated with View All role they should be able to search for all managers
