Cannot Search Batches Through Customer Data Managment Data Import (Doc ID 2029843.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to verify the Batch details of older date, the following error occurs.

View row with key oracle.job.Key[xxxxxxxxx] is not found in BatchSummary1Iterator


Reproducible Steps

1. Log into Fusion Applications

2. Navigator: Customer Data Management -> Data Import

3. Change the date range of the search criteria

4. Click on the Batch which is old one from the search results

5. Error pops-up
