How to Enable the User Status Field so That a Lov's User Status Is Available on Contracts? (Doc ID 2029939.1)

No LOV is coming against User Status while creating a Contract. The user defined Contract Status were created but not able to see them while creating Contract however the same is available in LOV available at Manage Contract Search window.

How to enable the user status field so that can choose the LOV's for the user status field of contracts?
